Keep it in the soil and the pot it's in for the rest of it's life. Transplanting will cause too much stress.
Get it under 2700k CFLs for flower under a 12/12 light cycle and try to match what it was already on. One of these bulbs would work-->

Keep the light as close as possible.
Pick up some flower fertilizer from a garden center, something with an nkp of around 10-30-10 and feed once a week.
For pests they might have something in the garden center by the lights that you could spray that won't affect the plant (organic pest spray).
