Hi I'm James I'm from the Pacific Northwest
When I first started smoking weed in the mid seventies things were very different.....seeds and stems and all that. One of the good things back then though was if you needed to buy weed your friend or neighbor had some.....I decided about 7 years ago that I didn't want to buy weed from a skinhead with a gun on the table so I started growing my own. Started with shop lights, 4 foot flo's and got some bag seed grows....joined some grower forums and used my income tax return to buy a 600w HID and haven't looked back since. I grow in soil in my 3x5x8 closet under 2 600w with air cooled reflector hoods. I cut a hole in the floor for fresh air and attached a vortex type fan that sucks air from the hoods and into the carbon filter in the attic. it's been a wonderful experience and I've learned a lot but the best thing is getting stoned on my own garden. it's good to be here with fellow growers and share pix and tips with you all...
