Plants look good and judging by the water in your buckets it looks like nutrient staining.
I would feel of the dark brown patches and see if they have a slimy feel to them.
What's your water temps?

Thing I don't see is all the lil fine roots that look like hairs on the larger roots.
You could add a lil h202 and make sure your temps aren't too high. If they go up you can have all kind of lil nasty things start growing.

If your worried run H2o2 for 24 hours and then something like Hydroguard or Ponzyme (someone told me they're the same thing)

I was looking for those too, didn't see any. The plants look great so I don't think the coloration of the roots is that big of a concern. Just surprised they aren't popping the little hairs yet.

Any thing zyme is living. H2o2 a cleaner we all use it. Zyme will deconpose the root or some thing i use it for all my plants. I only use h2o2 for SOS moments with bear root plants if they smell bad its rot. Your look happy your nutrients might be doing the brown. If you use a black bucket with white on the outside theres going to be no light hitting your roots and the white will keep it cooler. And my last tips more bubbles it should not hharm the my root balls ate my air stones and the ball is about the size of a 3 gal bucket. If you want more info ask i cut 3.5 oz per bucket almost every time this is how i started its fun but lots of work toget it right

Temps are @ 68/72 highest in the reservoir and I'm doing floraduo A/B with floralicious and rapid starter for roots also Terpinator is a must I've seen crazy results tested with anywhere from 3 to 5 percent increase in THC potency NO BULL you guys should give it a try if you haven't!!!!.I'm also using sensizym

By the way I'm using 3 air stones per bucket and the rest are soilless HP promix mixed half with coconut core I'll put some pics up and my girls look awesome one problem I'm really having is my two plants I started from seed one has showed her sex to me 3 weeks into veg but the other one has not shown me no signs yet and I'm going on 6 weeks???? Really hope she's a women! LOL!!!

These are my soilless plants in 5 gal. Buckets. They drink 2 gal. Of water Every 3rd day anyone know how feeding should be done example feed,water,water,feed?? Agian it's my 1st go at this.
