Hi, (JAN 2014) - Clearly nothing has changed with this HG on-line shop, I just placed an order too, Received the order to find the order was wrong, Now also like KittyBitty, Paid via pay pal - Because of the rudeness of who ever runs the shop, and then they stopped replying to any e-mails I sent, I have made a dispute in resolution centre. And now advanced this to a claim. Polite Warning, be very careful of losing your hard earned money people if you decide to place orders with these evil people at HG-Hydro, Lincolnshire uk

January 2018 and HG Hydroponics are still at it! (wish i had seen this earlier)

Ordered an item from them.
never recieved it.
Ignored multiple emails.
lied multiple times when i phoned them.
forced to open paypal dispute, finally get response.

Finally receive my £500 purchase only for it to be second hand and covered in a sticky residue (we all know what that is) and it doesn't even work haha.
Escalated to paypal claim, shorty after receive an angry email

heres a little snippet lol

"I HAVE ASKED YOU 5 TIMES IF YOU WANT A REFRUND OR TO RETURN THE ITEM. AND WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? GONE RUNNING TO PAYPAL AGAIN 30 MINUTES BEFORE WE ARE EVEN OPEN. YOU REPLIED AT 8.02 WE CLOSE AT 5PM"
-he never asked me that, he continually tried to pass the blame onto his suppliers. and make excuses for not answering emails.

This company or should I say Christopher Aleman and his practices are disgusting.
This man accepts no responsibility for any of his actions and is a compulsive liar!

order from growell or holland hydroponics and horticulture you wont be ripped off.

Hg was not a scam it just had bad managment, thought they sorted it out but looks like they still have the same problems.

Never been let down by Growell or Greens hydroponics, can recomend them but many have pulled out of doing leds so probably not the best for them

Lots of "new members" having a go at a company....coincidence?
