Hi From Sunny Bulgaria

Hi All
Just to introduce myself,my name is Denis,I live with my wife Lorraine in South Eastern Bulgaria. I suffer from mild/medium stress which in turn causes flare ups of my psaoriosis..... We have plenty sunshine here so I think I could grow outside with little problem. I am completely new to this so any help or information would be greatly appreciated. I will of course read as much as I can too. This would be grown strictly for my use/health so suggestions for the right type would also be appreciated.

Please read most of the FAQ threads and the stickies, they should supply you with most of the information you need for quite a while. Only after you've had some experience will the more complex questions be of any circumstance.

Thanks for that, I am of course an expat (from Yorkshire),been out here nearly 2 years and we love it. Our village is called Bistrets which in Bulgarian means pure. We have 300 degree panoramic views over the mountains and forests and in our village bar a large whiskey (quadruple 100mils) is around 75p. We have lots of land and grow lots of fruit & veg but I fancied growing something a little different. Is there such a thing as a begginners plant ???? Blimey I never knew there were sooooo many types.
