Here is a pic of all the big girls in the morning bathed in light. I have heard of sea of green before and so I am keeping my plants in a mini sea. Do you think I should sea them or spread them a bit?

It's good to here someone talking about preserving their local land race genetics. Especially when we're talking about what could potentially be some of the oldest strains in the world.

Suits them a bit so they get plenty of sunlight.

Just don't let the monkeys find them.

In the ground near the pots with the edges of the top of the cups about flush with the ground.

Awesome! If the monkeys find your weed they will have some beer to wash it down. Could be the making of a great Youtube video.
 
Hey all

Some updates for you guys.

Laid down the snail bait yeaterday. Found at least twelve dead snails in my pots this morning of various sizes. So looks like the snails like my plants. That being said my plants still look strong.

Here are some more pics after an entire morning bondage session.... Keep in mind that most of these are sativa landrace so gotta be aggressive here

The last two are the runts they both the indoors stuff sad I know but they will pull through

Hey all

Sorry u have been quiet. Been busy tying plants and letting them do there thing.

Good news is that I have one confirmed female.

Anyways here are some pics and updates

Most of the plants are doing well four are a bit yellow including the most advanced indoor seed. I fed them with a wonder kelp and Nitrosol mixture to perk them up. Let's see if it makes a difference.

The first three pictures are the locals from a side view. These plants are generally healthy and darker green in colour.

The second two pictures are the pictures of the yellowing on the indoor plant...do you guys think it is nitrogen deficiency?

Hey all

Sorry I have been quiet. It has been a hectic past few days.

So the neighbour who lives above me had her daughter over and the woman decided to go near my grow area. She saw the plants and promptly told her mother. The mother wanted to tell out landlord. Luckily for me the husband of the woman and her son are my friends and they stopped her from telling the landlord (phew)

The mother told my wife (they are friends) in turn who tipped me off about all this. To placate her I made sure I chopped all my plants audibly and threw them away in the bags visibly. I then went to talk to her.

Thank God and too my luck she was moving and decided not to say anything. She was really cool actually I went to speak to her and she gave me lots of info of how she saw them when she saw them etc. Anyways a long story short I had to destroy most of the plants.

I managed to save the three indoors plants including the one female and they have been rehomed in a basic indoor setup.

I have saved 2 locals who remain with me but have been moved further up from when they were being grown and makes them invisible from the previous area. The sun is however less in this area.

I have moved them to 20 litre bags using the soil I scavenged from the other plants. They look okay but are slowing I think because of the less light.

I will post pics later gotta go for now
 
So here is an update for those that bore with me through this grow

The 2 surviving girls that are with me are doing much better after I moved them into more light

I think they doing the while flowering thing now the one plant is stretching so much it shifted the stakes from the soil too the point that they very loose

Anyways here are some pics for those still watching:

The first pic is of my favourite plant it has an awesome smell already and I love the leaf structure and over all plant structure I hope it is as potent as it smells!

The second picture is the other plant same head or plant they came from but you can see it is a bit different I think it's a bit of a runt and don't like the structure also it doesn't really have a smell oh well

How long do I still have to go? This seasonal thing is long

One more question bro. As this is outdoors when do u know that the plant is fully flowering? From what I have read I have Pre flowers and no flowers per say.

How do I know the difference between regular growth and flower stretch growth?

Outdoors they will stretch even while flowering as you have a larger gradient between day and nighttime temperatures.

I have got this for bloom and was wondering whether it would be okay?

Some other grower saw it in my cabinet and told me to chuck it away as it made his plants sick

This didn't sound logical but he did point out the high N in it.

Has anyone used this before? What sort of results did it give and where you happy?

Unless your plant is showing deficiencies, let the soil do its own thing.
Maybe a bit of vermicompost as a topdress and wormcasting tea, and kelp drenches.
 
Okay I'll keep this is mind bro just my soul isn't a super soil or anything like that so the plants do need some nutrients I think

Got yellow leaves every so often not enough to worry me but I though there should be no yellow leaves in veg at all
