Only on my frist grow with a250 watt cfl plug and grow light box is 24x36xh82. Could any body point me in the rite direction were to finded info on here cheers. Do I need a fan stuff like that.

Fan for exhaust, passive air intake and fan to gently blow air over your plant or plants.
Paint the inside of the box flat white or cover with Mylar or similar product.;-)

Hey is that 250w cfl true watts or watts equivaliant? If its watts equivalent I believe you will need to add more light as you go. Even if it's true watts you will still probably want to add some more light. I'm on my first grow and started with 28 actual watts I now use slightly over 500.

The lumens are the important part of your light out put, much more so than Watts the lumens are what the plant actually uses. Hortilux blub are great they put out a little higher level of Watts and of lumens.

Lumens is the amount of light the human eye sees. All of that light is not usable by the plant for photosynthesis. So it's not that good of a measurement. It's not always true but generally speaking more watts=more lumens. Slightly over 500w has given me over 34,000 lumen.

That's funny Mr 420, cause everything I've read says that about lumens. I've been growing for years, everything I've
learned and read has never failed me!
