Possible preflowering ? I also keep seeing these little black bugs . any suggestions?

your plant is flowering, not sure on the bugs any more info?

Outdoor in soil , I had a little yellowing in my leaves as well

Fish fertilizer every other day Those pics are maybe a week or so old they started greening up a little more in this past week , they've also been growing like crazy .

The 5-1-1 fish fert or another .......I ask because I've seen this problem in the past and IMO it's usually a plant that was somewhat N def in veg but then it gets very apparent in flower because the plant is taking from old to build bud ......fading is obviously normal in flower it just looks like yours is fading quick needing it to build up buds ....just my opinion. I'd give it some bloom nutes if you can get your hands on some as well
