Hiccups during grow

Hey all. New grower here and currently on my second set of plants. They’re about 5-6 weeks into veg but 2 weeks or so they didn’t grow as I had other issues I addressed on the forum before (needed to transplant). Things went really well over the last few weeks after the transplant, so being the seemingly have to touch stuff all the time guy I am; I decided to remove some small leaves and such that was at the bottom that was a lot smaller then anything at the top. I cut below the first fan leaf as shown in one of the pictures. It’s now day 4 and I’ve had no growth since. Did I try to lollipop them too early? The pots are also v heavy still but I’d have to assume that is because they are not growing and the water is not being absorbed into the plant? I think? I’m just curious as to what everyone thinks as google doesn’t really have any “lolipopping too early” pages. I’ve been feeding them half strength nutes of cal-msg and part 1&2 of a 3 part bottle set of nutes. The room is about 26 Celsius on the regular. And humidity is roughly 55-60%. Thanks to anyone who reads this and I apologize if it sounds confusing at all.
I’ve also got more of the same plants in a tent that have been having nothing but issues every since I moved them into the tent. Seems like cal-mag def to me but I’m really not sure as I find a lot of symptoms can seem similar. Will include pictures of the tent aswell

Dets on lighting? Current watts/hanging height/light intensity at canopy?
Have you measured and compared EC in with EC runoff?

Uh I’m using a Mars hydro TS3000 cranked up to 100% brightness at about 24” from top. I have not measured EC or runoff EC

I have the same light you don't need 100%till maybe last 6-8 weeks of flower and I advice 30" I dried one of my buds out recently I've had to buy a taller tent and they look a bit light green maybe they need nitrogen

30" when on full but I grew mine during veg on about 60% at around 20-24"

Thanks for the reply deff will lower the brightness a bit and raise the light slightly. What would be the thoughts on the heavys pots? It’s been 5 days and their still pretty heavy so I’m concerned if I water again I’m just adding insult to injury

Transplant shock maybe?Did you use a myco product? As said above too much light will cause the yellowing.

Well after I transplanted they did extremely well for almost a week, then after the “lollipoping” them and giving them a good dose of water they stopped growing. I thought it was maybe bc of the fact I trimmed some lower stuff but I didn’t trim any fan leaves or any large growth so then it let me to think maybe I gave them too much water. I’m not sure what myco is tbh so I assume I did not add it. I’ve been using fox farm 3 part nutes as well as cal-mag

They look underfed to me. Yellowish and not verdent green leaves could mean nitrogen deficiency.

I would bump up the nute strength? Plants once in full veg can handle higher concentrations of fertilizers.

What is the medium?

The medium is coco. And I understand they look under fed but with as heavy as the pots are I’m concerned I’m going to slow growth by watering again, could the heaviness indicated another problem?

Coco! well thats easy.Runoff,runoff, your not set up for it.Your pots are in saucers.Get yourself a proper way to collect it dont let them suck it back up.Feed feed feed,never straight water.Dont let them dry out.Easy.

While it seems that easy I doubt it will be that way. I was giving about 500-600ml of water with no runoff and they were growing extremely well. Then I water with 1500ml to get runoff and that’s when they stopped growing, the pots are just as heavy as they were almost 6 days ago when I did that. Would you reccomend getting a flood tray or something of the sort?

It's the plastic pots you water till run off then they just sit there drowning the roots I mean you need some fabric pots then all your problems should vanish no horticulturist uses plastic pots anymore It's not good for plants really

So when you transplant did you feed the coco first? Yes get a tray with a bulkhead in,put at a slight angle so it drains.Make it easy.So whats happened is they got probably some salt build up.Roots should be at bottom now so flush ea plant good with a good feed and calmag,say 500-700 ppm total.Chech your runoff ppm should be about same.

Can you see roots at the bottom yet?Plastic pots are just fine they dont dry out as fast.

I did feed coco during transplant yes. They got half strength nutes every watering so maybe there could be a salt build up. I’m gonna do as you suggested and flush and check runoff. I’m certainly gonna look into a table aswell or a tray because it is very tedious in comparison

Yes there are actually quite a few roots coming out of the bottom. Atleast i seem to think so? Or is this not that much

Yea anything to elevate the plants so collecting runoff is easy.Doesnt have to be fancy.

Ok so no fear of over water.Your plants will look better by Sunday.
