Hid!!!! Immediate Help Needed!!!

SOMEONE HELP!!! I just bumped one of the power strips powering my 400 watt MH lamp covering my clones. The light went out and after some fiddinling got things up again but the light will not turn on to full power!!! I let it sit for about five minutes but it just sits there and flickers reall fast. I changed the bulb and same thing. HELP!!! (thinking maybe ballast cool down?)

Let it cool down for 20 minutes then try it.

not even a digital ballast is that fragile
