Hidden room

Finally am in a position to make a hidden room! I am already about 1/2 way done! just got the bottom 1/2 of the wall, paint, door and whatever finishing touches.

Any good resources on ideas for a door to this Secret Garden

Ideally a mirror or picture would be used to cover the entire door however I think it a strange spot for a picture or mirror.

Doesn't have to be a big door, I'm a skinny guy.

Fukin'A man I love the hidden room idea. I wish my door was better, it's definitely the hardest part.

I can lend a hand there perhaps will show you a room a built while back can't say where but you will like,,hope it helps,,and you will see the door is on 22 inch heavy duty drawer slide ball bearing sliders,,I have more pics I am a tinkerman

damn that's dope as fuck

I spent around 100 bucks on the wood,,bought 40-50 on harware,,,and another 80 for nails and paint ,,I use emergency blankets from camping section of wally world,,,3 dollars for close to a 4x8 sheet of polyester chrome,,it is water proof and weather proof I am at 500 maybe in total,,with a new 150 hps green house light,,,I tinker and am a cheap man grew up on farms so ,,I build what I need,,here is my portable grow tent is a wardrobe on wheels and goes up and down so I can move my lights closer for seedlings,,

no I will let the sour diesel hit about 4 foot before I flower I am taking clones now from the ones that stink the most,,I make bushes lol,or try to I try and let the plants mature and develop,,indoor you can not go buy days you need to go buy strain to determine when to flower so it reaches a good proper size and still fits in my space ,,I help a friend he got robbed for his plants he had out so we went indoor,,,,I am trying to get him back up and rolling I started 50 or so and gave him 25 after I got them up to 30 inches even let him pick the best of the group felt bad for him he is a older fella crippled up and some knuckle head stole his babies,,,,, But this is my first complete indoor cycle,,am use to starting them and moving them outside ,but I like privacy so safer inside,,I may try a sea of green at some point ,,you just have to be patient,,can't rush time just took them out of there beer cups at around 24 inches,,,there in temp 1 gallon pots for now,,this pic is 2 weeks old,,they have grown like wild fire,,I also have my lights on over head pully's and boat cleat screwed to the wall so I can raise them up and go in and water ,,I turn my plants every other day,and rotate spots,to try and give equal light

What room is the room in? Just ru get an idea on what would be suitable for stealth...

LOVE your setup man. Its perfect!! Also great idea on the sliding door. I will try and post pictures today of my setup for everyone to look at, I should have included them in my 1st post!

Its a walk in closet in the shape of an upside down and backwords L. The short line of the L is the hidden room. To be honest, I have very high hopes for this little secret room.

I built in the garage there,,that room is 9 feet high,, 36 inches wide and 11 feet long is like a hall way but have had up to 50 1 foot tall plants in it np ,, ,,I am only pushing around 750 watts for that space but they are loving it,,,,I used the house ac system to cool the room it gets nice cool air when ever the ac for home runs,,,25 foot of 8 inch insulated duct was 30 bucks ,,I cut a hole and put a regular vent in,,,then was getting some smell in the mornings,,,,So I used a cheap styrofoam cooler and made a self opening and closing vent box keeps the smell out of my duct work lol,,,,,,I also use some car fresh tree's I replace the black ice smell good tree every week,,but no smell from room ,,weather stripped the door good,,,also I drilled a 2 inch hole that lets the hot air get up to the vented roof,,has been working pretty well for me ,,

here are some babies in there happy secret room lol,, I have 731 watts combined,,getting around 1-2 inches vertical growth a day in there,,I do re organize the plants every other days so they all get same light is my hope has been working well it also gives me a chance every few days for a good visual inspection of ,,plants soil moisture and so on I get personal with them lol,,knock on wood have never had bugs or fungus issue's,,yet I try to stay on top of keeping it a clean room,,for the plants and for my own benefit,,growing in some ways is always a experiment as you may have to adapt on the fly and the plants are always changing ,,so is good hobbie and challenges to stay on top of the grow I like it

Not too much more left to do. My door is going to be small. Gonna put a dresser over it.

That grizzly purple kush tho!! Ive got her LST'd. Today I had to pull the top down...getting too close to my hood. That OG hood don't play.

I've always wanted to do a sog style grow but it never works out that way. But as it is now, ill be able to harvest at least 2oz(GPK should get 3 at least. I'm hoping for much more) every 8/9 weeks for at least 3 harvests

Got a Chocolote Heaven and critical mass in the cut waiting to be popped and a strawberry haze and a HSO freebie veggie right now

How did you get that sliding door light tight? I like the idea, and probably will go that route.

Mine isn't finished yet but if all goes to plan it should be completely invisible

That grizzly purple kush is a beast, I grew a freebie got 6oz off it. Is that a freebie or did u order it?

I did my room awhile ago...the door is kind of messed up now. The insulation isn't stuck to it very well, i've just been covering the thing with the table.



Here are some of ladies, the lights were off so it was a bit of a point and pray photo shoot. This will be the last grow with T8 's and a security light. Have a 600W HPS ready and waiting. They have served me well though. I can't wait to see what I can do with a real setup.

What strain was it? Yes GPK was a freebie from the attitude.

My favorite strains have been freebies from the attitude. Bubba Kush and Shinning Silver Haze to name 2.tbh I usually make my order around freebies. The only bought seed I have going Right now is strawberry haze.
