Hiding a grow room from parents PLZ HELP

I'm about to start growing and I would have grown outside but where I live the wheather is unpredictable, it rai'ns pretty often and when sun comes out it gets kindof hot fast so i think it would put a lot of stress on my plants and they'd be small

Keeping an indoor grow secret from a parent, especially a step-dad who doesn't smoke is just asking for trouble, as many have stated in this thread. Not worth the possible consequences. He would probably have better luck growing outdoors anyway
