Bad news with a blessing in disguise.
What I thought was spider webs (long story short) at first turned out to be budrot on Boo Berry girl.
Lemon Stretch girl is untouched, and is atleast 30% more dense than Boo.In the pic is another
round of BOO.I was not thinking and topped Boo clones nearly in half thinking that they were
Lemon, even though it was labeled and no Lemon clones to go this round(lol). My Boo girls now have multiple colas. They will take up a little more space width wise, and I feel offer the equal yield of a single cola. The blessing is multiple colas may offer more resistance to mold.
........A couple days before hand I modded my air filter. The hepa filter was way over due and had it on low and timed at 3hrs on every 6hrs.I bought a new hepa filter and hand washed the now defunct carbon sheet and foam prefilter. The Holmes air cleaner I have has a finned back making horizontal filter placement not happenning.I used a small tote to accommodate fin and rest unit horizontal filter.I took Marineland premium activated carbon media and placed on a quilted sheet of paper towel.I rolled the carbon around on towel to capture dust
and carefull not too inhale harmfull dust.I spread a layer on top of carbon sheet.I now run full blast at same time interval with excellent odor control. The hepa will help in spores but a dehumidifier is called for.It has been humid and do not need a/c in room for non heat issues.
The earlier harvested Boo is bringing out a pine taste in cure.I am thinking of calling her Piney Boo,and the taste/high is definately top notch.^.^
I just ph flushed budrot Boo.(btw I ph water flush 24 hrs or not at all in hydro before harvest, and would like to try a several day flush in the future for reference).I am debating
on scavaging/trashing,iso hash,or canna oil for budrot Boo.Iso may render the mold inert but I was thinking crazy things with canna oil making the mold compounds breakdown into something trippy.LOL...I will just trash budrot Boo for safety sake.
