High humidity in grow tent

Sounds similar to my setup, it can be problematic. I had about 15 shirts still hanging in the corner of my closet and they all got moldy and were absorbing the moisture when it was lights off with high humidity. I got sick of the humidity spikes and cut a hole and installed a bathroom type fan in the ceiling leading to my attic that now runs 24/7
You might want to consider ducting that fan to the outside of your house. All that moisture will accumulate in your attic and cause the same mold and mildew you had on your shirts.

Good idea my room is solid concrete though I may have to buy a dehumidifier

Yeah ive already looked into it. 2 things working in my favor are 1) the two decent sized free flowing vents in my attic that go directly to the outside, allowing for something of an air exchange/breeze up there, one of which is near the exhaust of this bathroom fan.
2) and a pretty low humidity this time around in my house and grow room. My furnace is a beast it dries out the whole house. I also no longer veg in the room that leads to the attic and dont plan to use the room until it gets warmer after my next harvest in 5 weeks or so.

This situation comes up regularly. You are not going to control humidity in a tent sitting in a room with high humidity. Basically you need to dehumidify the entire house.
That's what's happening to me got my grow tent in my garage and the humidity is as outside so putting a dehumidifier in the grow tent is useless smh

Err... run an air conditioner thru your tent? I personally pull cold air thru my window into my tent and keep a humidifer in a 27gallon tub with the lid askew and I can't break 55% humidity which works perfectly. I use cold air from outside but I imagine an AC would work too
