high output t-5

How is the t-5 as far as growing is it good for all stages or just veg stage why your answer explain please im newbie

I used them to veg my plants but now I use metal halide I liked them, mixed with the spiral Cfls was great and was able to keep internode length short and keep temps down, used for clones and seedlings work excellent for the first couple days until they go under the badboys. But don't use them during flowering the internodes will stretch and buds will be small and fluffy.

for the price buy hps. It costs the same and will produce more bud. How many plants do u want to grow?

get a 600w hps if you can afford it. Maybe a 400w if you add a bunch of cheap CFL lights. Here is a link to what i just bought. I got a 1000w but its the same thing.

I've been using them for veg and flower and get decent grows, sure it's not as good as MH or HPS, but it works and it's inexpensive and low on elect use, for a small grow I'd recomend them over CFL's.

Nothing beats t5s for veg, I have my plants under t5s right now, my plants look great. I'm not using them for flower though, the girls will be going under hps for that.
