High PH problems persist.....

My TD is growing nicely allbeit very slowly. At 2 weeks old looks more like 1 week old. Have identified one of the problems as being high PH. So have been watering her with PH lowered water. Around 6.4PH to be exact. Just watered her today but the runoff was PH 7.5!
Are there any other steps I should be taking to lower the PH. I know the soils PH is way too high and have a lower PH alternative 'mix' ready to go. Should I wait a bit longer before repotting and keep trying the PH lowering technique?

Here is a pic of the plant taken yesterday... (Day 13)

I think the ph isnt the worry its that horrible backyard medium you got there. Get some dry peat bricks expand with water with added nutes for about $2.50 ,it will be much better .

Flush out your soil with ph water. Use Water 5x the size of the pot. Ex 1 gallon pot will need 5 gallons of water. Let soil dry and restart nutes.

lol using 6.4 ph is not a good start if your soil is already high.. Try using 5.7 or around there. Do it with what Warlock said.

Going to wait for the soil to dry right out then repot into a better medium. Not a perfect solution as there does seem to be one given my choices of soil out here (Tropics - nowhere near USA/EU) are limited to 4 local organic brands. However if I mix them correctly I might get something a lot better and 'looser' than the compacted dirt crap I'm using. Also the PH of another mix I've been using has been coming out as around 6.4 so all the better.
