Yup^ What he said.
This will require a new lamp?those little hps bulbs arent very efficient. for the cost of a bulb id buy 5 of the 14W 2700K A19 LED bulbs from home depot which are about as efficient and will last a long time
yes but he is really seeking LEDSYou come to the wrong place with that HPS talk..
j/k 70 w hps only takes 70w hps.
Get an LED!
Guess im starting off but not much of a budget, this is my new hobby so ill throw money at it. No venting, in a wide open room above a garage far from other houses. What is your budget? Do you have a venting system?
Good luck bro, what are the dimensions of the room you are growing in so we can get a sense of how much area you need to cover, also is your room ventilated and insulated?Guess im starting off but not much of a budget, this is my new hobby so ill throw money at it. The actual grow area is 4 feet by 4 feet. This does not include the sprouting/germ area.Good luck bro, what are the dimensions of the room you are growing in so we can get a sense of how much area you need to cover, also is your room ventilated and insulated?
You got a way to exhaust heat or air condition? The actual grow area is 4 feet by 4 feet. This does not include the sprouting/germ area.
At your scale. Yes. LEDs are best. That doesen't mean they don't have any disadvantages over HPS or other light sources. So LED is the best..? For vegetative and budding/flowering stage with highest yield?
