high temps

hi this is my set up

6x duel cool tubes (2 600w bulbs per cool tube)
3x rvk L2 fans 950m3
1x rvk 1000m3
1x acustic box fan 1500m3
1x air conditoner
1x 24 pot iws flood and drain system
1x unis co2 control and full set up
4x pedistal ocilating fans
1x fan speed controler with thermostat
1x carbon filter


i have the cool tubes set up so they draw air from a walk in closet
with the 3 rvk L2 pulling air over the bulbs

the 1500m3 fan pushing air in to the room
the 1000m3 rvk fan pull air out of the room threw the carbon filter and the air conditier with the exhust going out of the room
the ocilating fans are all ceiling mounted

the thing is i cant keep the heat down its get to 33/95

any ideas what iv got wrong

Sounds like you need a bigger ac unit.

will putting to the same size do the trick

Whats the cubic (feet or meter, just say which) area of your grow space? WidthxLenghtxHeight. How many BTUs does you current ac put out? More info the better. Goota ask this. Why are you running Co2 in a room you seem to be constantly moving the fresh air thru. Like I said, the more info the better. Pic would be great.

fans go off when co2 is in use 4 times while light cycle on
dont no sizes off top of head will get em 2 mo

heres some photos they aint the best and the room aint finished yet
so its a little messy and un orginized

You have a lot of light in that space.
Try to remove the kinks in the fans cooling your lights. 90 degree bends restrict the air flow.
Is that a portable ac unit? If it is, then it will exchange air unlike a mini split system so it is removing co2 from your room when its on.
Your in between a fresh air exchanging room and a micro climate which is not where you want to be.

You need to either get a larger ac unit, use less light, or exchange the room air faster.

It looks like your using mag coil ballast which produce a lot of heat. removing them from your room might net you a few degrees.

I can see 8" inline fan using 6" ducting, that is an issue! Run 8" ducting all the way.
You have 12x 600w Lights? Wow, here where the heat come from.
Where Does the cooltubes takes and exhaust it's air?
Also, are the ballast outside the room? If not you can try to setup the ballast right under the exhaust point of the room.

A bigger A/C unit is probably your best bet anyway.

No bends in exhaust runs on the lights. Thoroughly tape every joint and crack in exhaust. Use insulated ducting, get rid of that flex crap. Move ballasts out of room. Equalize intake and exhaust air volume. Insulate exhaust from AC unit. Do all these things first, then think about a larger AC.

so get rid of the air con all together
i was thinking of putting both my ac in the loft space and using them to cool the air in the loft and draw the air from the loft space

the cooltubes are 6 inch and the only fans i could get to pull enough air through them were 8inch

im pulling air from a walk in closet with an air con set up in there and venting it in to my loft space

i switched my intake and out take fans around 2day and dropped the lights to 9x600watts and was still running a little warm

thanks for the tips will try it all 2mo got a lot of twicking to do might pull the room down and try starting from scratch

That liitle p;ortable ac unit is not even close to big enough. Need a much bigger ac unit.

Ductless ac systems doesn't exchange air and will keep the co2 in the room. They make sizes to cool your room.
