CBD crews skunk haze is pretty decently high in both. You want to find strains that are 1:1 thc:cbd.
It’s been a while since I looked but their skunk haze was one of the best at around 12% thc and 12% cbd. You’re gonna find it hard or impossible to get strains that have much more of either because of the way the plant works and how much of each can be produced etc.
If you can find one that’s 15% thc and 10-15% cbd that would be perfect imo but I’m not sure such a plant or strain exists. You also need to keep in mind not every plant will be 12% of both and it will vary depending on phenotype etc. Those were the average numbers cbd crew found when testing. I’ve grown it myself too tho and can confirm it’s a nice strain that seemed to have a decent amount of both thc and cbd in its flowers. It has a skunky and spicy smell and flowering time was around 8-9 weeks with one or 2 plants going 9-10 weeks.
