I really can't get behind the whole racism and lies point of the justice system. If african americans make up over 40% of the inmates imprison, and only account for 13% of the total population, there is a consistency here. You really think that the justice system targeted only african americans and planted enough evidence on all of them so that each one would be found guilty by a jury of his peers. I have found through being around illegal activities most of my life that the african american cultures in todays society are just way more non-chilaunt about where and who they preform illegal activies with. Not saying all african americans are like this, in fact i know many whites who are wide out in the open for all to see about everything illegal they do. But think about it, if you drive down into the projects of your town, dont you think the chances of you just seeing something illegal happening from the window of your car are MUCH higher than that of you just driving down any other street. Whether it be white, black, hispanic, or any other race i found that the justice system is lazy and would rather find the quickest bust than to stake out someone's house waiting for them to do something illegal. So officers patrol and bust in more neighborhoods were its easy to bust people. Open and shut cases.
