Hooka seriously you need an inversion table. That will help so much. By increasing the intervertebral space for 10-15 minutes you get increased circulation and that helps with pain.
How long have you had/used the table? I was always going to get one but i know a guy who said after about 6 months it didn't do him any good. I use a air pillow style to give me stretch in my neck but my back is still jacked. Maybe i should reconsider this option?
