Lets not let this turn into another ugly name calling post. We're all friends in that we share a common obsession for growing MJ.

I still haven't seen any reasons to cast my vote for Hillary.

That Martha Stewart episode was a terrible charade. Did she break the law? Yes. Are there crimes committed in the markets every day that are millions of times larger? Yep. Martha must have pissed someone off.
So by your own logic, why are you crying about Hillary then?

No. It means you were wrong and lost the debate.

You ARE the weakest link. Goodbye.
Ok den...

see4 thinks only one banker did anything wrong/shady/unethical during the financial meltdown.

(ftr, I don't believe you actually think that, but that's a very fair comparison to your statement about Hillary)

So spamming speculative accusations is the next best thing?

That's a pretty damn big change to be so clear and so adimanate about a topic and then completely flip flop on it and then lie about it until the proof was insurmountable.

I'm not a spammer. I'm on here every day, but normally avoid the political conversations because they seem to turn ugly.

Typical. You lose so you move the goal posts.

No, I don't think only one banker did anything wrong. I actually think an entire building worth of those shitbags should go to jail. Along with all the fuckstacks making $60,000 a year thinking they could afford a $700,000 home.

Edit: I didn't see the note that you don't actually believe that I believe what you said I believed.

Have you grasped the point yet then? You made an argument she was innocent of insider trading because she wasn't investigated.

I don't think those people who bought more house than they could afford should go to jail, but I don't think they should be bailed out either.

New Zealand went through the same thing and told their banks "you broke it, you bought it". The methods the banks took to keep from having the same type of meltdown we had included a lot of renegotiating loans to keep people in farms and homes and not foreclosing at the rates our banks did.
http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/danielhannan/5714115/Why_so_many_freemarketeers_backed_the_bailout/

They took the opposite approach we did when our leaders screamed too big to fail and the public believed them. They also had the opposite outcome, they never experienced the financial meltdown the rest of us who used tax payer money to bail out bankers did.

Come on UB, you have been around long enough to see how elections have worked. Reagan won a 2nd term because lol Mondale, Clinton won a 2nd term because lol Dole, Bush won a 2nd term because lol Kerry, Obama won a 2nd term because lol Romney.

No way each of those candidates won because the majority agreed with agenda, they won because they were more likable than their opponent. The majority couldn't tell you what their candidates agenda is. We political junkies are in the minority.
cliton won a second term because of his success as president and his platform.

shrub won a second term because he drew bigots like you out to the polls with a constitutional amendment to ban same sex marriage. that flipped 100,000 ohioans and thus the election.

obama won in a landslide in a referendum on obamacare.

learn to history.

Yes, I think i heard she was a senator and also Secretary of State and that she attended Yale. The Ted Kaczynski graduated from Harvard so I don't think that going to an Ivy league school makes one qualified. I just never heard of any of her accomplishments while she held those positions. She certainly has more titles that I do. Someone serving the public for that much time must have some notable accomplishments that would show that she'd make a good President.

So please, what makes Hillary Clinton a good candidate for President? Is it that she is honest? Is it that she loves America? Is it that she supports capitalism? Is it her record as Secretary of State? What did she vote for as Senator that shows her beliefs? What Bills is her name on?

This conversation always goes the same way. nobody can present me with a good reason why Hillary Clinton should be President. The answer is always "because" or "you're a racist" ..

Americans simply don't know much about Hillary Clinton yet they'll throw her their vote because she is a woman I guess. If our elections weren't rigged I might say that a woman might be a breath of fresh air in Washington. We've seen what the men have brought us.

In my opinion Hillary Clinton is a liar and a cheat and a communist with little political record to stand on.People on her staff have come out and stated what a horrible person she truly is. She is a huge fan of Saul Alynski (Red flag) and she lied to America and to Congress about Benghazzi and also her "lost" emails. There was Whiewater, There was the time she made 10,000% on her cattle trade, there are hundreds of mysterious deaths surrounding the Clintons (Who shoots themselves in the back of the head? twice?) and she is married to a scumbag, womanizing, pervert. I realize that a lot of this is hearsay, but it's enough for me to not want to see her mug on the TV every day.

If someone can make a valid argument as to why she should be President I will listen. So far I haven't come across one. Tell me how she will make America better and I will listen. Is she going to stop NSA spying? Is she going to reverse Citizens United? Is she going to figure out ways to bring high paying jobs to American shores? I'll take anything..
doesn't seem like you want to talk much about her accomplishments, which also includes leading the investigation into the mental illness issues plaguing gulf war veterans, which culminated in the discovery f gulf war syndrome.

that is a massive accomplishment which saved hundreds if not thousands of veterans' lives.

you got anything to compare to that? just some jew hating posts on a pot forum? thought so.

are you saying 2012 wasn't a referendum on obamacare? i remember that being pretty much front and center. exit polls say it was the second issue for most voters, behind the economy.

shrub went into iraq in 2003 to keep his reelection chances higher in 2004, and the thing that tipped ohio was the refendum on their ballot about making a constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage. "values" voters tipped ohio according to the exit polls. ohio won it for shrub.

this is basic historical fact.

Then why were there such wide swings in the polls after the first debate, then more swings after the next two?

Obama looked uninterested and bothered in the first debate, people didn't like it, Romney gained. Romney looked wishy washy and weak in the next 2, people didn't like it, Obama picked up points.

The most compelling example I can give to back up my claim is the disparity in the polls between the TV watchers and radio listeners during the 60' debates. People listening didn't see the sweating Nixon tv watchers saw and that was the only difference, but I'm sure you know the difference in polls between them.

we're talking about 2012, when voters listed healthcare as their number two concern behind the economy. for about 20% of 100+ million voters, it was their top concern. and obama won in a landslide, because 60% of americans want to keep obamacare.

basic history.

You're right buck, Obamacare was so popular that people voted against the guy who brought us Romneycare:roll:

Hey look, someone found a liberal douchebag blogger to quote. I know I'm convinced now.

Hillary 2016 baby. Nothing screams Democrat like a fat, ugly, hypocritical, greedy, lying hag. You folks TRULY deserve her, you really do. I can't fucking wait for the freakshow to begin.
Quite a sound and comprehensive argument MuyPoco. Allow me to retort.

Nuh uh! Poopy face!!
