Himalayan gold probs

I started a feminized Himalayan gold seed about 25 days ago. She is growing in foxfarm ocean forest, and has only been given ph balanced water up until now. Her new growth is really yellow, but green at the tips. Is this a trait of this strain? I have grown many other strains in this soil, and have never seen these yellowing leaves so early, none at this early stage to be exact. Is this just a weak plant, or is she just lacking nitrogen? She is also a much smaller plant at this stage than the others I have grown. She has been vegging under CFLs, but will be flowered under a 1000 watt HPS. Her temps have always been kept between 70 and 80 as well, and has good ventilation. I'm at a loss, any help would be appreciated.

A little more info, she is 12.5 inches wide, and six inches tall, pics included.

Suggestions? Anyone?

No, I haven't checked my runoff PH, but will do that next water. Just gave her some foxfarm growbig, with this one. Hopefully she will green up. Thanks for the reply.
