Hindu Kush Transition to Flowering advice and

Just flipped her to 12/12 and added Cal Mag along with General Hydroponics Flora Grow Bloom and Micro.
Do I need a trellis or a tomato cage type of support? 1st plant I've had in the flowering cycle...any information/tips/opinions or other advice is welcomed and greatly appreciated

Room conditions:
~15.5.×17.5×7.6
~White walls
~1 window (covered)
~Two doorways leading into the rest of the basement. I covered both removable material to regulate temperature at night
~Total of 4 Phantom CMh 315 reflectors at the moment only two are hanging. ~Lamp distance from the canopy is 2'

You should be fine, she looks great, if your in a pre nute soilless mix you could of held off on the cal/mag for a bit longer, week four of flower is roughly when you'll need to do it depending on strain , sometimes earlier sometimes later, sometimes you won't have to cal/ mag at all, just depends but I'll always do it in week 4 just to stave off any issues. As for any support you should be ok until later in flower, just get hold of a few bamboo canes for support when you need it. Well done so far
