Why use forum Mods (hacks) to "slow down" users, just temporarily ban them? These types of hacks, are just stupid games for Admin's to play with users...instead of just being an adult and issue a ban. For Sunni to say all bans are lifetime, is just a RIU policy. There are plenty of options in the ACP of this software to ban for 1 day, up to lifetime. Again playing games with message board hacks, just makes Admin look childish....IMO!
i believe the issues in question were public but you can be or get in trouble via private as well depending on said circumstance
when we ban at rollitup its for good i didnt mean to imply we physically couldnt i mean that its just riu and how we do it sorry for any confusion. . users will have been issued over 6 warnings prior to that those warnings are us trying to talk to the users , were giving chances to the member in question in order to comply with our rules or know that what they are doing is against tos. . the slow down is used in place of a temporary ban or 1-2 day ban
every forum works differently, some temp ban some use the slow down at the end of the day our forum is just that ours, its a private forum
but the slow down is not a hack or a mod. it comes with xenforo software you can look it up.
