hmmm maybe a idea?

so i was thinking, if i took a pot and put maybe 2 inches of hydroton on the bottom with a airstone that turned on at certain times (not sure what times). and then had the soil ontop ect ect to grow some green. would that added air help with the oxygen in soil to promote growth?

Thinking too much into it. Just get airpots or smartpots.

No as the air will displace any water/nutes in the soil, and dry out the roots
