So if you went to the doctors and they told you that you needed "procedure X" but it's not covered under your health policy because the owners of your company are Muslim and "procedure x" is in conflict with their religious beliefs but you could certainly have "procedure x" you just need to pay for it out of your own pocket you would be okay with that?

If you went to Denny's and ordered a burger and fries and they charged you $6.00 for it, would you be OK with that? Would you refuse to eat it and call the police and claim that Denny's was starving you to death? Would you march around outside Denny's claiming that Denny's was denying humans their fundamental right to eat?

Good job avoiding the question. That wasnt transparent at all.
OK, since you refuse to see the silliness of the question, here is my straight forward answer: Yes, I would be OK with that. I don't expect anybody to pay for my needs outside of our prior agreement. When I went to work for the Muslim employer, I was presented with the facts of my compensation. Procedure X was not covered in the plan, and I took the job. I would cry in my wheaties and pay my fucking bill.

Or you could drop your employer coverage and sign up for subsidized Obamacare. That's the angle I would push from the left instead of nonsense that I'm denied access.

They must think obamacare sucks or the left would be preaching this.

See, you are making big assumptions with your rag doll theories.

I would be OK with joining a class action against it. I would be OK, with seeing that un-cover the ruin of my very company. Or, I would beat feet, and join their competition. Or I would shrug and say, "hey, another self insured situation."

There are so many of those it makes my head swim. And it all hidden and all lied about by jerk clerks on the phone. It is getting worse, not better.

And the main assumption you make, being so healthy I suppose, it that you won't always tangle with these heath care providers, regardless, if you live that long. The job of all insurance is to DENY your claim. That is real, across the board. And it is nothing new. I was $40K in the hole to these suckers at one point.

I am in a paperwork game right now.
them - what is the service location code?
me - xyz Hospital
them - No, sir, the location code.
me - you can't find what the location code is?
them - no, you have to get that from the hospital
me - Hospital, I've read all the paperwork. What is you location code?
Hos - what is a location code? we have never even heard of that.

Oh doer must have a shit plan. Oh no.

I slave my BUTT, and I work on a top shelf, of one the Premier Tech Companies in the world.

I have, (still have, fingers cross) a Rocket Sled plan. Forget about Cadillac. :) This plan startles even my expensive, Specialists. Yet, they still play stupid buggers.

The entire argument is specious, because, like the ACA, this is now the Law.

And the red herring is that this is about women's rights, or birth control. It was an attack on religion by the govt, that failed.
you know that's false.

if this were about hobby lobby's religious beliefs, they would have refused to cover ANY hormonal birth control, as they all can prevent a fertilized egg from implanting, aka MURDER! ABORTION! to the religious retards.

if this were a matter of violating their religious principles, they wouldn't be invested in and making money from the very medicines they want to deny to their female employees, and they wouldn't stock 93% of their store with merchandise from state-imposed abortion nation numero uno.

this was an attack on women's rights and birth control by old washed out religious fucktards, nothing else.

i fully encourage the right to spike this football until their hands bleed, this issue is a loser for them even when they score a win.

Actually, they're rock solid consistent on that topic. BEFORE ObamaCare, private employers could always determine what would be covered and what wouldn't be covered.

The birth control mandate wasn't even in ObamaCare, the administration had Kathleen Sebelius create it out of thin air. I do love that ANOTHER illegal Executive order has gone down in flames. The only way it could be better is if the law that took it down was voted on unanimously by Democrats and signed in to law by Clinton...oh wait.

RFRA, lol.

I spike the SCOTUS football, every time, just like I do for each President on Inauguration Day and for the Last Guy. One made it in alive and the other made it out alive.

Lots of footballs to spike all over the place, in self rule.

If that harms you, step back. It is a game for the big kids. Don't get a scrotum strike from a SCOTUS spike, is my advice.

You have never seen me take sides.

the gender gap is pretty damn huge thanks to obama trolling and retarded misogynistic righties taking the bait, but it could always stand to be bigger.

That is correct. This was a testing of the scope of Religion's protection under the law. It, like many other wastes of time and treasure, these amateurs have put forward was an intent to define these laws their way. And in at least 10 times (according to who is counting) SCOTUS said DENIED. The system worked. Those stymied, are pissed off.

Business as usual in self rule.

Now we know, don't we? The line is, close held corporations, as defined by the RFRA in the first place. Now we know. Good one, America.
