Hole maneuver

It´s my first ever seed, and I´ve made many many mistakes. Countless. The main one and last I think was overwatering. I had stunted growth but she´s still alive, growing super slow. The medium is peat/perlite and a little bit of cocofiber (I already read around here that I should´ve kept the coco out). Mister "Lettherebelight" Bugbee saved me in so many levels.
Anyway, I thought she was not breathing and decided to poke some holes around lol. What do you think? It helps? It was very instinctive. With despair. Dont know if the holes helped, but she´s showing some reaction. ;) I found extremely hard to understand what I made for the stunted growth (still reading about ph, nutes, water schedules etc). Im in day 8 after the stem popped out the ground. I dont have a tent, so its a improvised space, difficult to control temperature and humidity (it stays around 26-30ºC and 65-70 humidity). Using led bulbs white/warm (4 of 15W each), keeping them at 20 cm and metering around 15k to 20k LUX (Im estimating, using the conversion PAR-LUX I read somewhere around here too - I know the luximeter get lost in blues and reds, but its what I have). Thats it. Do you guys think she can recover and give buds one day? Im afraid I already traumatized her forever.

Edit: its a girl scout cookies auto

You're gonna want to give that plant a good watering. It looks a little behind schedule, but you mentioned mistakes. I dont use nutes anymore, but I can recommend Kelp4less. I would get some nutes soon tho. How often are you watering?

The holes may have helped? Small root size and air pockets nearby for root pruning. I guess. It's not necessary.

Thats the thing, I dont know if I overwatered or underwatered. Because shes so small, I thought overwatered. It was something like that:
in the small seedling cup, few few water, and some spraying. Then I threw some root nutes (200 ml, dilluted 1ml/liter). (After I read that the seedling only wants water, so maybe I overnuted her too hehehe). Well, then she stunted, and looked very weak. I got afraid and transplanted her to a 4 liters pot, like in day 6, with a more correct substrate, and put some 500ml water. Since today (day 8 I didnt watered again. I feel the peat and it feels cold and humid, so I thought I should wait.
