Holes in leaves. Should I be worried?

Train wreck in FFOF using cal mag and fox farms nutes. The average temp for the last month has been ~ 81 degrees with maximum daily temp of 85. I switched to flowering a few days ago.

How does the plant look overall? Any recommendations?

Plant looks healthy overall but that makes me think you might have some sort of bug in there. Is it possible the air current from the fan is hitting the affected leaves particularly hard? I’ve had that issue in my tent — it’s pretty small but I’ve got a pretty strong fan to prevent warm stagnant air from building up. The leaves that are constantly fluttering usually sustain some kind of damage, but I figure that’s preferable to inadequate air flow.

I've got the fan fairly close to the plant due to limited space in the tent but it's on the lowest setting. The leaf closest to the fan actually looks perfect. What kind of bugs would do this kind of damage? I went to this website and the only thing that looks similar is in the "Caterpillars, Inchworms & Cabbage Loopers " section. I don't see evidence of any droppings or anything. I let the soil dry out plenty between each watering. Not sure how to combat this issue.

Nature has imperfections, don’t worry about it unless the health of your plant is deteriorating, which doesn’t seem to be happening. It’s a small problem and if you start taking drastic steps to correct it, the cure may be worse than the disease, so to speak.
