There is a whole world of people out there (http://www.shroomery.org/) willing to ID the mushrooms for you.
if you are willing to risk a 90%+ chance of dieing, go ahead.... but thats not a great way to die either.....
P.S: post pic's of the stem, possible bruising, top and gills, i might be able to help you......
so they are not the good ones i should eat ?I don't think so dude.... they look like coprinus or Inky cap. If there is any ink like deliquiescnese around the edges then that is what they are. These commonly grow in undercomposted conditions on straw and dung. Eat them if you wish but if you drink alcohol in the next 24 hours you will become quite ill.
They look NOTHING like liberty caps. LC's have a smooth cap, and much thinner stem. LC's also bruise brue very fast......They look a little like liberty caps in some shots
Actualy, there arn;y that many safe active mushrooms out there. I can ID the mushrooms just from the pic's i was given........If you pick ONE mushroom and photograph it extremely closely with good lighting from th eside and from the underside (showing the gills) you MIGHT get someone to confirm that it MIGHT be an active strain
^ That's where i come from... if your wonderingIf you want more common mushroom sense, these are the real people to talk to: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/postlist.php/Board/3

Mushroom ID = Pleated Pluteus:
Brownish grey cap, Pleated with age.
Cap roughly 2.5 Cm
Pale / Pink gills, free gills.
growing on wood mulch or like soils
Stalk: very slender, with small lines of fibers
Pluteus is NOT edible, and will cause long term side effects if eaten. it WILL poison you.

I understand how you might feel attacked, but dont take it personaly..... your not the one who might have eatten them it was more of a disclaimer to not eat any mushrooms which arn't fully ID'ed. up here in BC we have 3-4 major poisonings a year from people picking random mushroomsThey look a "little" like liberty caps, from an uninformed perspective. I certainly added enough warning with that statement to make sure that it was interpreted as an uninformed amateur's opinion, at least...
Harley.Hammerhead is my user name over there. i've had a couple SGFC grow's but i generaly stick to the Psychodelic experiance and mushroom hunting, as thats what i knowI am a long-time member of that forum, however. Just not a hunter. Curious as to who you are over there... same name?
