my largest plant just snapped at the stalk , thinking of getting re-root but i was wondering why this happened as to avoid it in the future & what you guys think the best way to support a plant without stressing it
doesn't this stress the plant? i kinda freaked when my biggest snapped and couldn't find string so i used a tiny bit of tape stuck to the end of one of the leaves stuck to the aerogarden , next day part of the branch was red looking real stressed , so you think string tied down works well without causing much stress?a stake, peice of dowling, up in hydro id say strings suspended from either the case, or walls just rememeber , people do lst all the time and tie thigns strait to there plants and bend em over so get creative with it and have fun buddy
Wouldn't use string. I'd use 1/2 inch ribbon.doesn't this stress the plant? i kinda freaked when my biggest snapped and couldn't find string so i used a tiny bit of tape stuck to the end of one of the leaves stuck to the aerogarden , next day part of the branch was red looking real stressed , so you think string tied down works well without causing much stress?
yeh i figurd tape was stupid but i was in shock and settled for anything after my biggest one collapsed , also what do you guys think i should do with the one that snapped , i've tried putting it back in the aerogarden hoping it'll re-root on its own , am i waiting for a miracle to happen?i use nylon string, whatever works for you man lol dont tape ur plant.
make a loose loop around it and tie, then tie to the wall or something.
