i just saw it on the news my dispensary called hillcrest compassionate care in san diego,ca got raided and the guys i got it from are in jail now they got mine and my wifes info now should i be worried about my grow??

well the only reason they would be raided is if there was reason to, a dispencery isnt getting raided if they serve 85 year old ladies lookin to help the pain and eating problems of cancer, and i wouldnt be worried at all

I live in San Diego county and I know a number of these dispensaries. Some are straight up disasters with the way they do business.
Hillcrest is a great clinic. We have no clue how they claim their revenue being that it's basket you put cash into. I think out of all of them Paul, Shagga and his crew will come out clean. It will cost them financially though for sure.
Having some ties to the dispensary community here, my gut tells me this is not about some technicality. This is about not reporting earnings properly or dealing on the side.
It's an all cash business so scrutiny is expected. You do not have to worry if you're a patient. If you are a vendor to them I would worry.
People need to understand that Obama is not here to fly in on a helicopter to save the day for MMJ patients. San Diego is and will be hostile territory for years to come regardless of what the annointed one says.
Many of these dispensaries didn't even have a business license of ANY type let alone an MMJ license.
Almost 13mo to the day from the last raid.
