Home built cloner won't root, WTF!

I used clonex to make the cuts and the ones that were fat enough to split at the base, i did. I used regular tap water b/c I don't have an R/O filter.
I just added an airstone to the water two days ago after 2 weeks of no rooting so hopefully that will help things. The tops still look really healthy so i'm keeping optomistic. Ph is 5.0-5.5, checking it twice daily. keeping fingers crossed. I'll post pics soon
Stinkbuds system in the "harvest a pound every 3 weeks" uses 150 mL of clonex with tapwater. He also uses a CAP timer that's on for a min and off for 4 min. He has a 100% success rate on his system. Look up the thread and go to page 75, all the info is there on how to build your own and operate it. Good luck!

screw the aero cloner, I just had AMAZING success with a series of rockwools. As for the cloner, it's back to the drawing board.

That's strange i had 2 cloners identical and never had a single problem. Stinkbud is good at what he does, but different countries have different climates
