Well, I have a newbie question about lights. There are some shiny clamps at the home depot, they say type A bulbs up to 150 watts. Does this mean I can use CFL bulb with them? I saw a 4' foot 32 watt t8 but I heard that I would need atleast a Cfl for flowering. I mean I see all these bulbs like hps, metal halide, cfl but I can't figure out what they should go in for growing. Somebody plz help me out.

and to add to the light, if your gonna go the "cfl" way. the "daylight" spec bulbs are recommended for vegging 6500K (due to the blue spectrum) and soft or soft/white for flowering 2700K( for yellow/orange spectrum)
