Home growers are no longer permitted to wholesale to stores on Colorado?

Do I have this right...In Colorado at this time, either medical or recreational stores may not purchase wholesale from home growers? In other words home growers cannot sell to dispensaries?

100 percent correct been this way since 2010

Yes its a sad but true fact. Guy got busted down here trying to wholesale to a mmc.

I believe sometime next year you will be able to own a grow and sell to dispensaries. But you'd still have to have all proper state liscencing etc. So even then no home grows selling to dispensaries. I'll see if I can find the info on this and post it.

a home grower is not allowed to sell anything to anyone.

doesnt matter if its a dispensary, neighbor, or dude from craigslist.

unfortunately colorado has outlawed any sort of cottage industry for home growers.

How is that a surprise have you read the law? Sometimes peoples thought patterns trip me out
