the city i live in is doing insections in rentle houses my landloard said it would oneday next week i have a 3 bedroom house i use 1 room for flower and my bed room closet for clone and veg those two rooms have locks on doors and are marked with paperwork on outside of doors can i refuse them acsses to those two rooms state law says only caregiver me and patient my wife are the only ones allowed acsses to the gardens any one have any ideas o and my landloard dose not know i grow

your city ? why ??? do you some how live in east Germany ano 1988 ?

please explain .. in my contrie nobody .. cept the police .. and they need a very VERY good reason and a cort order to get entrance to anybodys privat home ..

also .. even if you for some reason have home inspections in the country you live in .. why worry ? or deny them access to the grow rooms ? if your leagel ..

the city of pontiac is doing the insctions to weed out bad landloards with run down houses but i have a nice house in a good part of town i just want to know where i stand refusing a city worker acsses to these rooms

In Pontiac I would say fuck em. If they ask what is in the bedroom tell them 275 mexicans are in that room and that is how all the grass in Oakland county gets cut.

You only have to worry about your land lord trying to evict you after the inspectors make him aware of the grow room, if they see it. I think you could just try telling the inspectors your wife and kid are sleeping in the rooms. They may just see by the overall health of the rest of the house that every thing is fine.

I don't think the caregiver/patient are the only ones allowed in the room. They're the only ones that can have access to it, as in the keys. Visitors like inspectors, contractors, electricians etc can go in with you.

Yep that's how I see it as well.
I would just let them take a peek if they insist.
Just make sure you don't have any bare wires, etc.

Store some rotting meat in there for a few days first, in a warm ray of sun, and when they come, frantically empty a whole can of air freshener while screaming "I can't go back!"

To allow someone access doesnt include giving them a key. To "have access" means to enter the building.
