HomeGrown's cfl closet experience

Hey all, this is my first thread on this site and i felt like sharing some cfl love, in return for learning a lot of this site in the past few weeks.
this is my first grow ever. and havent even been smoking a year yet. i think i got a little too into it too fast lol.
i build this grow tent out of things i had basically just lying around, a cooler, a small pond tub, and a pump that i got from a friend for free. its gone over with some small upgrades now and again, but ultimately it has stayed the same.
im using an ebb and flow system that waters 5x a day for 30 minutes, i vegged 3 clippings under 2 24w cfl grow lights, then floured under 1 (cuz i moved one out when it got too big and turned it into the mother and used one of the cfl's i had with it, i know not too good an idea. then about 6 weeks into flouring i made a 12w led setup in addition for the flouring girls. i then finally got 2 24w cfls and reflectors last week and threw it in with the flowers girls. its about 10 weeks flowering now.
vegged w/ AgNatural nitro boost (4.5-1.5-0.5 on bottle)
flowered with BIG BUD (0-15-40 on bottle, powder nute)

i recieved clipping from an outdoor green crack plant around july 22nd or something. im not sure on the strain anymore cuz i was told there was a mixup and was probably ATF, but a friend thinks its still green crack.
i think they look fantastic for 2 decently sized plants flowering under 1 cfl.

please tell me what you guys think, im proud of my babies!
theres a lot of upgrades to be done and i have plans for some vertical grow systems and so many more ideas, but that requires money and space. something a poor engineering student doesnt have. yet. ha

i did top the right plant and it ended up having 4-6 main branches (forgot the term), and i just started a new project to cross breed this with some mystery seeds i got before i got the clones. i heard its dank so i just wanted to make a diff strain, to kinda just learn it all and everything. and to make my own strain :weed:
comment away!

also im curious if this inner reflector is worth getting for the 200w cfl:
http://www.greenelectricalsupply.com/highmax-inner-reflector.aspx
has anyone used something like this before?

to me it looks like a waste of money . that hole in middle , alot of light will "escape" and wont get reflected . as most of the light from CFL's comes from sides more than the top of the CFL .

but it werent for that , it looked like it would do the job.

200w btw would be a very nice addition .

thanks guys, ill definitely have to grab those lights next time i add more, i just ordered some others right before you posted that one :-/

yours looks great to me, definately gave yours a lot more room than i gave mine lol

i think it would be worth while to get reflectors for your lights, especially that top one. you could get a lot more light out of them. im using reflectors like these http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00004SQJA/ref=s9_qpick_gw_tr01?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=09AM43GGJDRWHR4SRC99&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938631&pf_rd_i=507846
but you'll have to decide on the size yourself. can also be found at any hardware store im pretty sure

I actually have some 8.5 inch reflectors that the clamps came with. I had them on at first but the plant was still too small at that point so when all the reflectors were on it and the clamps angled down at the plant, the reflectors would bumb into eachother but now i see how they would work here. Ill have to get a bigger reflector for the 68watter. the 8.5 doesnt fit. =]
