yeah man, i can't wait till we harvest these biatches lol. i have to say, i love my box, but i'm thinking of upgrading to something more wood-like for my next grow. just saw a new thread where a guy converted a "desk" to a grow box, which sounds intriguing because my biggest hold up in getting a cabinet is doing all the wood cutting, i don't have tools and whatnot. but a desk already has all the holes, just a matter of creating walls, which seems a lot easier to me... anyway, just a mental note for the future.
Yeah, I have an old desk I've been eyeing for a while, but i figure since I made my veg box outta 14 dollars worth of PVC and it's freaking big, I can build something similar for the mothers. It was REALLY easy too, hardest part was cutting the lengths of PVC. I used NO glue when assembling the frame, and even the black poly is attached with duct tape. Only glue used was 3m Spray On adhesive to glue the emergency blankets to the wall. The only problem is I'm running outta room, so I might have to keep mothers in the veg tent for a minute. I really like DIY projects, and sorta wish I had more. I have a couple ideas though, so we'll see when I get a little extra cash what the situation is.
thanks for checking the grow bro. +rep to you. yeah i'm sure blue cream will be a nice high too, also it generally looks the healthier of the two. i used yarn my first grow, but didn't like having to make knots or taping things, so i use this wire that's easy to bend, stays how you bend it, and is not too sharp for the stems... sort of. i'm gonna look into some pipe cleaner next time. i'll check your grow in a min.
PVC, 8 mil black plastic sheeting, emergency blankets and duct tape. The PVC has all sorts of 90* angles and shit, so it's like putting together legos. It was really easy, highly recommend it.
will definitely keep it in mind for the next go around. that and a desk. it's all about getting the right size for me. ideally 23" x 31" x 38"(h). or thereabouts

yeah man, it's a little tricky to get distances right. for the most closeup shots, i put the louple almost touching the camera lens (like 1/2 inch) and about 2 inches from the bud. but that will depend on the loupe (mine is 5x) and the camera (mine is just a phone camera). it's tricky but once you get it, it's worth it!
