Hookah for Co2?

I have heard there are several methods of increasing the levels in co2 in a grow room, since elevated levels of co2 require higher temperatures anyway, could you use a hookah to kinda hot box it in the grow room and increase the levels of co2 enough for the plants to benefit?

P.S
There is air flow provided by a tower fan.

dude I have not the slightest idea what you're getting at here. By hotbox do you mean smoke it out and why a hooka?
