I know it's annoying to get demodded when you feel you haven't done anything to warrant it, I was recently in that position. 
But I made sure to try and not make a big deal about it, the biggest measure I took, was to not make a thread about it. Take solace in the fact that you're not the only one who's going to be demodded this week.
