horrible nute burn.shrivled plant/dry leaves brown/black patches

plant is 4 weeks from sprout..The plant JUST started showing pistils and starting to flower ( didnt start till the burn it looks like ) for maybe 1-2 days and this happens..the plant was almost killed from too many nutes.horrible nute burn...leaves/new growth very thin and dry/shrivled etc..whole plant has shrivled /dry leaves brown/black patches. it was almost as though it was baked in an oven..my bud gave his auto ak47 4 tbslp grow big per gallon for 2 days and it really fucked it up..when he was giving it 2-3 tblsp it was fine though.. this happened literally overnight.

what else can he do to revive the plant besides what he has already done, which is..

all leaves with brown/black patches have been trimmed .that as about 10% or less of the total leaves.. the leaves that are remining are still dry but the discolored ones were removed.. all/most remaining leaves are dark green.
flushed w/ reg tap water and then fed 1/2 strength FF grow big.

can you post some pics? ..i know its in flowering but the least flushing it will be the least stressful thing to do..also after a few days if you can get some advanced nutes "revive" it should help fix the problem..its a lil expensive 24bucks for a qt somewhere around there..it will help with the damage and the stress that you have put on it.

yea he sent me some pics but i already deleted em. its not really flowering yet i think it just started. like 2 days ago.only nutes he has are grow big and tiger bloom

You need to flush with pH balanced water. Put the plant in a bath tub and flush thoroughly.

The damaged leaves will not heal themselves, but the new growth should be showing up healthy in 3 days. Assuming he flushed well, and then applied quarter strength or less nute solution.

yea he flushed w/ 3x the amount of soil w/water and then later fed w/ 1/2 tsp grow big per gallon water.. only gave about 1/4 gallon to the plant.he trimmed all the damaged leaves and the ones left are just really dark and dry.

He did the right thing then. Hopefully in 3 days things will be looking up. I'll stay tuned +rep

he just fed tonight with 1tsp per gallon tiger bloom to give it some nutes it may be lacking like Nitrogen etc.
I think he got REALLY carried away with the grow big. He was up to 4 TABLESPOONS per gallon.. It was looking good for a while but when he hit the 4th week he went from 3 to 4 tblsp per gallon and the plant almost died. not sure if his new light was too close ( 600w hps agromax ) and kinda burned it too.. but the plant is under a few cfls right now cuz the bulb blew after about 5 days.ill keep posting results/outcome.

Be careful with dirt, you dont want to feed with nutes every feeding. Feed Feed Water is a good system, some people do water, water, feed.

The plants arent using All the nutes your feeding them, so when the water evaporates and gets used your leaving behind concentrated nutes. After a while you get a lot of buildup then your plants go from healthy to fried really fast. When flushing I would have fed a double dose of pure PHed water, till there was a LOT of runoff, then let the soil dry out before feeding agian with low dose solution.

Like Lampshade said, any fried and dried leaf wont recover, but any parts that are still green, and any new growth will be nice and healthy.

I don't use the stuff but I don't think Tiger Bloom is the thing to use if you're looking for N.

What can I say other than "stupid is as stupid does." He successfully stripped the plant of valuable moisture, reason why the leaves dried up. Nice job forcing the plant into death with too much of this and that. :D
