thanks bro. been waitin to pull the trigger on there seeds for a while now the starbud and the super sour skunk are both in. its go time. but god damn is that starbud expensive or what? fuck it but damn.

nice skunk... i've been waiting for this one since they won the cup i think it was in 10 or so with this strain.. i could never understand this company though tbh.. how they could enter a strain into the cup, win it, and not have any seeds of it available for the public for a good year is beyond me.. i've always thought that was kind of odd.. you'd think the hype of winning the cup would be great for seed sales, and after all of this time, you'd think people would stop thinking about how it won a cup and all and move onto something else by now instead..
i know that i picked up a pack of something from hortilab a few promos ago on the tude and also got a pack of their sour joker, but i haven't cracked any of them as of yet..
i'd be pretty stoked to see a gj on these finally, lol.. thanks for the heads up skunk...

I knew a lot of you were waiting for this strains release but I just couldn't remember who outta my family here it was so I made the thread lol. I should have known you were one of them RB

DNA are doin the same too they won last year with "Kosher Kush" but thats still not available yet either, the advertising hype machine is being played there if you ask me. Or they're gonna wait till this years cup to release it.

. I love to watch fire strains being grown out in grow journals too so if your running one pm me a link to it so I can check it out. AAA grade mari only though no point in messin around with grass imo

well, long story short, i found the places i was looking for, and their menus said grass and hashish.. it completely made me lol to see them call it grass.. when i got to amsterdam, they even had a few places that called bud grass..

I believe the reason why it was so long for seeds is that they entered a clone from the original mother 2 years ago. They just grew this from some bag seed they found from some of the best pot they had ever smoked. No real breeding had been done on the strain they had entered at that point, which is complete bullshit IMHO. I mean it IS a breeders cup, not a hey look at what I found! cup. So it took some time to find a suitable male to cross the star bud with and create a strain that was close enough to the original to pass. I'm temped to order this strain myself, but I think I'll wait until the verdict is in.
old.thread but.gotta document the fact that I ordered 10 Starberry and.one germed got ten sour amnesia and None germed!!!! 14 out of 16 cali connect seeds.germed in the same wet paper towel.... now I'm just waiting for the attitude to tell me that they're not responsible for viable seeds...praying they do the right thing!!

so what happened ? Did you ever end up growing any hortilab stuff out ?
Is their gear that good ? Does it live up to the hype, and is it worth the big $$$ for the cost of their beans ?

I was really let down by the price, I can't justify spending that much on a seed company I have never tried.
