Hot sauce

I've recently gotten into the hot sauce making hobby. I was curious if I added some buds to my salt brine with my peppers and garlic if any THC would break down and become active after a few weeks of lacto fermentation. I'm definitely gonna throw in the leaves for a run when I prune the next batch. Basically would.be a cilantro replacement. I was just curious if anyone with Chem background knew anything about it. The basic fermented hot sauce recipe is a 4 percent salt brine on mason jars stuffed 3/4 full of peppers and herbs and occasionally veggies like carrots. Keep submerged for 2-4 weeks then blend add cup of brine and cup of vinegar strain and voila.fermented hot sauce. Anyways I'm curious if I add a couple of buds in the initial submerging if any cannabinoids (thc, cbd, etc) would end up in the final product. Doesn't seem like there would be anything for them to bind to but I am not a chemist. Btw I'd you love growing herbs I strongly suggest getting into fermenting your own hot sauce. It's delicious and fun.

You could easily make the sauce medicated by cooking down tincture and adding it to your sauce, or even infusing an oil that you could possibly add to your sauce. Sorry I don't know enough to answer your exact question though.

Could be wrong here but, my understanding of extracting thc is done by alcohol or fats , not water or acids.
However when making hot sauce sometimes you finish them with butter.
Maybe if you finish with budder or tincture, may work
