House insurance

Herein lies the problem - if your shed catches on fire and the fire department shows up and sees that there was a grow they will inform the cops. Who will call the fire marshall. Who will call the bank/mortgage company. Who will call the insurance company. Who will cancel your insurance policy and blackball you. If you can then even get insurance it will cost you $$$$. If you cannot get insurance then the mortgage holder calls the loan and you are really shit out of luck. It does not matter if you do not make a claim for the shed.
Its legal here why would they call the cops?

Sorry - I assumed we were talking about more than 4 plants. I live
in rural Nova Scotia. I can only speak of what happens here.

I got an idea from someone on here and now grow in a container. The container plugs into a Tesla plug on the side of my garage, I informed insurance about the electrician installing the plug but not the container that plugs into it.

Ask your insurance agent if growing weed in the container will void your insurance. Please let us know what they say.

Why would I do that? They might cancel it, who knows what they think. But at least the box is fireproof, locked and I don't have to show anyone what's in it without a warrant. I also worry far less about making any kind of insurance claim due to the grow. If I was to make any other claim I would just lock up the box and unplug it before making the claim.
