use any molassas that don't have sulfur in it, black strap is the best, use it all through flower, I use 2 tbl spoons in a 4L water jug, you can't really over do it with molassas, cause it's just micro nutes....most of the time your plant can't get enough, I even use it right up untill I chop, just water and molassas when I flush, hope it helps

i use sugar daddy from late veg until 6th week of flower. then just it and water during flush to keep bud shrinkage down.works well and really brings out natural flavor of plant.

i use grandmom's .. one tablespoon per gallon of water.. only use it with the water, meaning i don't use it mixed with any nutes, just my ph'ed water.. i use it at the beggining of flowering all the way to chop.. i also use it during flush with straight water for the last week or two..

I use molasses (well, Roots Organics Trinity, which is molasses and a few other things) the entire cycle because molasses doesn't really affect the plant very much (it's got a smidge of potassium and calcium), but rather, it's carbohydrates feed the beneficial microorganisms in your soil making a healthier colony of mycorhizzae and trichoderma.

Plantation... 15 mL per gallon, whether in veg or flowering, compost or guano tea.

This is what it is all about right here. Great post brz!
Its not really about the "plant food" its about the carbs to feed your soil. (benificial bacteria)
so use very little all the way through the whole grow, with your regular food diet.
