pics are not clear. the 1st one seems stressed!
Yeah I figured, PH is at 5.4 - 5.6

Temps flex from 78-80 degrees RH 4.7-5.3

Light is at 18/6 - 1 LED UFO at 18inches.

I just added a light dose of Thrive Alive RED and some light dose of Magical

What is the best method to get the plants to get out of stressing?

Take it easy on the nutrients. Especially in hydro. Less is more, you can kill them so easily with over nuting.

Just using regular ol' water from my house....

Also I have both nuets from Technaflora and Canna, I have more Flora Then Canna products...
try some kinda filter or just leave water evaporate for the night before using, it will be good. i agree that u have none normal build-up on hydroton.

It's probably lime. A lot of cities use lime in their water filtration. They do here, but it doesn't build up on my hydroton that bad.

You can boil it out or you can leave it out for a few days, it may evaporate. Or you could do nothing and let it be.

What do you suggest that I do?
your plant wont need that much nutes u give! if you cant afford distilled water or you have a big growth i suggest u to buy a reservoir with a filter and store your water in it! adjust the pH (important) and go gradually on nutes. personally i use a simple formula: if my plants will be needing as an exemple 10ml/Liter nutes for Veg growth i start feeding the 2ml/Liter for a Week 4ml/Liter the next one and so on. till you reach your nutes goal, that will avoid you nutes burn and a lot of other problems in the future! KEEP IT GREEN! By the way do you test Ur PPM?

I asked my wife, she said we have a water filter in the back of the house ---I'm just going to replace the filter this weekend.

lime is oxidized calcium. its a mineral not a heavy metal, its actually used to remove heavy metals from industrial waste water.
