how bad is the plant going to stink

I have five seedlings that i grew from seeds from one of my last buys. I was wondering how bad it was going to stink when they start to flower and how i could reduce the smell. (growing under a lizard tank with limited space and id be screwed if my mom found out)

in 3 mo. get a carbon filter.
EDIT: you live at home still???? Kill them or get someone else to grow for you. LOOSE LIPS SINK SHIPS.........

carbon filter...you can get all the stuff from hardware and pet store...you'll find tutorials on how to make one, cheaply, on this site or on the net.

P.S. without odor control, and possibly even with it, I promise your mom will find out and bust your ass...unless she ain't too bright or doesn't really want to know the truth. I would suggest turning into a complete slob, if you're not one already, lol, and try to pass off any odor to the condition of your room! sure, she may make you clean it, but just dirty it up again.

P.P.S. no rotten food as that may attract insects, bad for you and plant. dirty socks and unders are great...moms hate skid marks!

dont grow in your parents house>>>>>>>>>>>how old are you ?

i wouldnt grow in your parents house, they will find out, specially if u havent already thought about odor control etc.

You got no business growing in your folks house. That is really bad form. Thats one hell of a way to say "Thanx for footing all my bills"
Why would you put your family's home at risk of seizure? You can "minimize" it all you want (Oh, it's only 5 little seedlings, nothing big. They wont waste their time on this), but the fact remains that no matter how slight, there is STILL a risk. And you have no right to do that with your parents property. Wait until you are all grown up and have your own place.

dude i tried growing in my parents house once. took the three bottom drawers off my dresser. took the fronts off and made a door out of them with a magnet clasp it was freaking sweet light proofed and everything. know how i got busted? fucking little peice of tape got stuck in the vent fan made them all loud and she found them.dident get introuble im allowed to smoke just not to grow that was last year now im an adult and growing in a secret location

It isn't if but when will you get caught. The smells, sounds and visual signs of a grow are near impossile to keep discreet from someone within the home.

With that disclaimer I will answer your question. the smell will vary strain to strain you can contain it with those little odor eater blocks and a carbon filter if the plant isn't too stinky. But with your parents house you probably can't run a fan and have nowhere to run the filter to.

To answer the question the smell is pretty bad ... Its really hard to hide ...

hahaha. Well we were mostly all there at one point or another man. If ya can, try to hold out a couple years... Or, just grow outside. NOT on your parents property.
