How bad is this?

Northern lights in coco coir, using advanced nutrients grow, micro, bloom with RO water under 400w HPS with nanuolux digital ballast, good ventilation.
I thought it might be nute deficiency, then I realised a couple days ago that I was only using 1/4 of what I should be mixing into the water because the whole time I was using the required amount of nutes for a seedling because I forgot that plants grow and that they need more nutes as they get bigger so when the plant got bigger I forgot to increase the dose.
So I'm now using the correct amount of nutes, but only seems to need watering every 2 days is that normal? I I only have bromothymol so can't test runoff because the runoff is already a bit mirky like greenish. Next time I'll use a different medium I think something simple like soil or maybe Rockwool or whatever.
So looking at Google I was thinking the leaf problem is deficiency of specific nutes, do I need to go and buy those nutes? I thought the grow micro bloom would be like a complete supplement. Also does it matter that when I mix, say, 1L of water with 4mL each of grow, micro, and bloom (as instructed), does it matter if they're not perfectly measured? I'm using a digital scale to get it within 0.2mL accuracy but I was thinking that if I'm mixing it 1 litre at a time, then every time I mix it its might be different ph from the previous watering? Should I be looking at the ph? I don't know what to do pls help me bro

I wouldn't worry about the specific. If using coco and RO, exception may be Cal Mag. You confused me with talk of a digital scale and volume measures????

PH is huge!!! Get everything going in to the right PH.

Not bashing coco and I have never used it, but it seems to be more challenging than more traditional mediums for new growers.

I would get religious with PH, ease into the nute schedule, and keep it simple!

The kind of soil medium you use will be a deciding factor in how often the plants need water. My plants usually need water every 4 to 5 days at this point. The plant will take in more water as it gets bigger....

So should I be measuring the ph of the water after I put the nutes in or do I need to measure the runoff? Cos the runoff isn't clear enough to test with bromothymol, should I get one of those soil ph meters?

I test the ph after I add the nutrients. Getting the soil to have the right ph balance is the ticket you look for. I don't know how accurate the cheap soil testers are but that is what I use. I have an electric tester for the water - They can run you some money. Good luck!

The cheap soil tester's aren't cost effective as I see it. But outside of that, 1 of many tricks I have is to use a ph balanced Ro to flush a soil for a pint of run off water. usin yur meter take the ph of the run off for a ball park ph of soil. Then adjust RO water ph towards run off until both are equal after repeating process multiple times. This can give you exact soil ph assuming you have all of your soils equal in ph to each other in the first place, and secondly you are using a fresh sample of soil for each test mark.
