I need a little help. I'm going to buy 2 x 400 W Philips Agro HPS (from http://pflanzburg.de/store/product_info.php?products_id=28 - it's in German, so I used google translate ) they each put out 55k lumen. But I don't know how big an area they can cover.
I've been thinking of buying a light mover because I've heard that should increase the yield and make it possible to cover a bigger area.
I've heard that the plants need about 5.400 lux (500 lumen per square foot) in seedling stage. about 27.000 lux (2.500 lumen per square foot) in vegetative growth and 108.000 lux (10.000 lumen per square foot) in flowering.
But I've also heard that the plants only need 25.000-30.000 lux (2.300-2.800 lumen per square foot) in all of the stages.
The room I'm going to use is 2.9 meter x 2.2 meter (9.5 feet x 7.4 feet), but I can cut an area off so it fits better to growing.
I've purchased 20 feminized Raspberry Cough seeds.
Can anyone help me out? thanks
