new question ,my three plants is pre flower now,2 of them is female,1 is male,if i still keep 20/4 light cycle, my female plant will be raped while pregnant???

Kill that male, unless you want your females to be pollenated and make your own seeds, you can also just put that male in a closed off grow area and contain the pollen and save it and pollenate a branch on the males. Thats what i would do. But yes, it will pollenate your females, get it out of there right now.

and one more question, if i go for clone,you say better use cfl light ,but how many watt,how many pcs and color temperature more suitable? thanks

One 23w cool white cfl bulb will be good for your cloner, get the spectrum that has 6400K. Do not get the soft white color. You get better results in veg and cloning using the cool white color. Preferably you'd want to put the back of your hand under the bulb for 10 seconds, if its too hot for you, its too hot for you plants, i put mine about 6" away from the plant using cfls, i put it at 8" away when using multiple plants. But one will do just fine
